Position: Passenger Boarding Bridge Operator

Eligibility & Benefits:

• Age Limit: 2440 years
• Duty Hours: 8 hours/day
• Contract Duration: 2 years
• Language Requirement: English or Arabic

Job Description:

• Inspect the PBB maneuvering area daily to ensure it is clear of obstructions and Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
• Test PBB functionality before aircraft arrival as part of pre-arrival preparation.
• Report to the assigned gate at least 5 minutes before aircraft arrival or departure.
• Operate and maneuver the PBB safely as per SOP and docking matrix to avoid collisions.
• Record flight details in the flight register during the shift.
• Monitor alignment between the PBB and aircraft cabin floor during passenger and cargo operations.
• Coordinate with the Operations Supervisor, Turnaround Coordinator (TRC), and ground staff for safe arrival and departure of flights.
• Report operational issues or cleaning concerns to the Operations Supervisor.
