We are searching for the best of the best PASTRY AND BAKERY SOUS CHEFS to join the flagship culinary team for the UAE s first-ever integrated casino resort. This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to be part of a landmark opening in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK). We are looking for pastry and bakery leaders who thrive under pressure, demonstrate precision and creativity, and understand that in a high-stakes luxury environment, every dessert and loaf is a performance .

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Elite Presentation: You maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, uniform, and kitchen discipline, embodying the professionalism required for a 5-star luxury resort.
  • Leadership & Communication: Fluent in English with strong communication skills, able to coordinate seamlessly with fellow chefs and front-of-house.
  • Stability & Integrity: We are seeking professionals who value long-term growth. If you have a history of frequent job-hopping, this role is not for you. Loyalty and consistency are highly prized.
  • Technical Expertise: You are skilled in bread production, desserts, confectionery, and modern pastry techniques, with the ability to oversee multiple sections and ensure consistency across the bakery and pastry kitchen.
  • Composure Under Pressure: You can deliver consistently high-quality products during peak service while maintaining calm focus .
  • Formal qualification in Pastry and Bakery (Diploma or Certificate) obtained from a recognized international culinary institute.
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or Bakery Sous Chef in a high-volume, 5-star luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or international resort.
  • Advanced knowledge of bread, desserts, and confectionery production.
  • Exceptional leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
