Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Production: Prepare the pasta, creams, and fillings according to the chef's recipes and instructions.
- Setup: Weigh the raw materials and prepare the necessary equipment.
- Cleaning: Keep the workstation and equipment clean (hygiene and safety).
- Finishing/Decoration: Assisting with the preparation and assembly of pastries.
- Packaging: Packaging finished products and assisting with the storage of raw materials
- Knowledge of food hygiene rules (e.g., HACCP).
- Ability to work in a team and support the leader.
- Organization, speed and rigor
