Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To design, produce and supervise the production of pastries, viennoiseries and desserts.
- Develop new recipes and ensure menu innovation.
- To ensure the quality, freshness and consistency of the products.
- Supervise, guide and train the pastry/viennoiserie team.
- Manage inventory, orders and raw materials.
- Excellent command of pastry, viennoiserie and chocolate-making techniques.
- Creativity and ability to innovate.
- Speed of execution and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Diploma in pastry, baking, culinary arts or equivalent training.
- CAP/BEP/Professional Certificate in Pastry or Viennese Pastry (preferred).
