Roles & Responsibilities

  • To design, produce and supervise the production of pastries, viennoiseries and desserts.
  • Develop new recipes and ensure menu innovation.
  • To ensure the quality, freshness and consistency of the products.
  • Supervise, guide and train the pastry/viennoiserie team.
  • Manage inventory, orders and raw materials.

  • Excellent command of pastry, viennoiserie and chocolate-making techniques.
  • Creativity and ability to innovate.
  • Speed ​​of execution and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Diploma in pastry, baking, culinary arts or equivalent training.
  • CAP/BEP/Professional Certificate in Pastry or Viennese Pastry (preferred).
