Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Chocolatier, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts
Expertise in chocolate work, tempering, and decorative techniques
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Relevant culinary certifications or specialized training in pastry and chocolate arts
Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
