Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ years as a Baker in large-scale hotel, hospital, or institutional kitchens, including 23 years in a supervisory role.
  • Languages: Must be able to read and write in English and Arabic.
  • Education: Diploma/Certificate from a Culinary School, Army/Navy Cook or Bakers School. HACCP knowledge required.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in baking: breads, rolls, doughnuts, cakes, pastries, sweet rolls, pies, croissants, puddings, sauces, and icings.
    • Decorating baked items as per standards.
  • Certification: Food Safety Level II Certificate required.
