Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparing and baking various types of pastries and baked goods.

  • Preparing doughs and fillings in accordance with required recipes and standards.

  • Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

  • Organizing and tidying the work area and maintaining its cleanliness at all times.

  • Adhering to daily production and preparation schedules.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle work under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of two years of practical experience in the field of pastries

  • Good knowledge of different types of dough, as well as fermantation and baking

  • Speed and precision in work execution.

  • Commitment and discipline regarding work hours.

  • Experience working in restaurants or bakeries is preferred.
