Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparing and baking various types of pastries and baked goods.
Preparing doughs and fillings in accordance with required recipes and standards.
Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Organizing and tidying the work area and maintaining its cleanliness at all times.
Adhering to daily production and preparation schedules.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle work under pressure.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of two years of practical experience in the field of pastries
Good knowledge of different types of dough, as well as fermantation and baking
Speed and precision in work execution.
Commitment and discipline regarding work hours.
Experience working in restaurants or bakeries is preferred.
