Job Description
Pastry Commis Chefs | Riyadh | Multiple Restaurant Outlets

A leading hospitality group in Riyadh, known for delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple outlets, is seeking talented and creative PASTRY COMMIS CHEFS to join the dynamic culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of a wide range of pastry and dessert items.
  • Support the pastry team in creating innovative and high-quality desserts.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard of taste, texture, and visual appeal.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Commis Chef or similar role in high-end hotels or restaurants.
  • Strong creativity and passion for pastry and dessert creation.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Start date: latest end of September.
