Job Description

Over the years, Novagraaf has developed a diversified client portfolio including SMEs, research laboratories and large international groups in various economic sectors.

To support its development, Novagraaf is recruiting a Patent Administrator (m/f) willing to work in Tunis.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily management of incoming and outgoing mail
- Drafting and managing correspondence with contacts in French and English (clients, correspondents, offices) and instruction emails
- Establishment of powers of attorney and sending to clients
- Creating records in our database
- Managing official deadlines and tasks using our software and across various client platforms, and sending reminders to clients and correspondents.
- Managing translation requests and validations
- Billing management for files
- Preparation of validation forms (online) or via the Epoline platform
- Investigations into official online registers
- Contact the offices by telephone in English.
Desired Candidate Profile
Legal training desired
- First experience of at least 2 years, preferably in the legal field (law firm, notary's office or industrial property firm)
- Languages: Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential; German is a plus;
- Being comfortable with computer tools, mastering Excel is essential;
- Rigour and organisation;
