Roles & Responsibilities
Management of patent applications and procedures
- Preparation of filing requests (FR, EP, PCT)
- Coordination with agents for national and foreign departments
- Managing phase entries without modification
- Opt-out procedure management
Administrative monitoring and notification management
- Processing and scanning of incoming and outgoing emails
- Management of official notifications from national offices
- Preparation and sending of reports
- Monitoring and updating official taxes
Data control and management
- Verification of data in the patent management software (Patricia)
- Control the post-department
- Weekly verification of deadlines via automated tool
- Correction and updating of the data
- Verification of files transferred from other firms
Billing and accounting support
- Support the accounting team
- Information search in case of debt collection problems
- Portfolio transfer management
Other related administrative tasks
