Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices for medical services.
Collect payments (cash, card, insurance).
Maintain accurate patient account records.
Follow up on outstanding balances and receivables.
Coordinate with insurance companies on claims and approvals.
Respond to patient billing inquiries professionally.
Generate financial and reconciliation reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
1 2 years of experience in a similar role (hospital/clinic experience preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
