Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Consultants in the design, development, and delivery of PLICS and Pathways Analytics projects.
- Participate in the development of software products and analytical tools.
- Review and analyze client requirements; assist in developing cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Conduct financial and costing consultancy within the healthcare sector.
- Understand patient activity data flow processes within hospitals.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify issues and develop client-specific solutions.
- Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve client challenges.
- Provide follow-up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop knowledge of SQL and apply it in data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain a strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles, IFRS, and how costing fits into the payer-provider portfolio.
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accountancy.
- 1 3 years of finance experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred:
- Costing experience in healthcare or related sectors.
- Professional qualifications such as CMA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Familiarity with SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
