Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-Act as a liaison between patients, families and healthcare teams to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
-Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to implement patient-centred improvements.
-Monitor and enhance patient satisfaction levels through regular surveys, feedback and follow ups.
-Provide weekly updates to management on patient trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Patient-centred mindset with problem-solving abilities.
-Experience in Hospitality, Healthcare or Customer service is preferred.
-Bi-lingual ( Arabic -English ) is required.
-Bachelor s degree in healthcare, hospitality, management, or related field will be advantageous.
