Roles & Responsibilities

span>We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Relation Officer to serve as a key point of contact between patients, families, and the medical facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, respectful, and empathetic experience for patients throughout their journey from admission to discharge while also supporting hospital staff in delivering high-quality care and service.br> br>Key Responsibilities:br>Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the front desk or designated areasbr>Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries, requests, or concernsbr>Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to resolve issuesbr>Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery diplomaticallybr>Ensure smooth patient admission, discharge, and transfer processesbr>Guide patients regarding hospital procedures, appointments, and servicesbr>Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and escalationsbr>Support language or cultural needs if applicable (especially in multicultural environments)br>Promote a positive patient experience in line with hospital service standardsbr>Participate in service quality improvement initiatives and auditsbr> br>Requirements:br>Bachelor s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Work, Business Administration, or related fieldbr>1 3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare customer service rolebr>Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)br>Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skillsbr>Knowledge of hospital information systems (HIS) and patient flow proceduresbr>Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure environments/span>

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field
1 3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare customer service role
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of hospital information systems (HIS) and patient flow procedures
Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure environments
