Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and service information.
  • Promote healthcare services and convert leads through effective telesales techniques.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with patients.
  • Record, update, and manage patient information accurately in the system.
  • Follow up on patient inquiries and leads to ensure high conversion and satisfaction.
  • Resolve patient concerns promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales conversion goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in Customer Service and Telesales is mandatory.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are a must.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage long shifts.
  • Positive attitude, patient-friendly approach, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or call-handling software.
