Roles & Responsibilities

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Receive meal orders from patients, ensure all orders are submitted within the time range and compliant with the dietary restrictions and allergies.
  • Assist patients in understanding their menu options.
  • Assemble, deliver and serve meal trays to patient rooms on time and with the appropriate food items, utensils and beverages.
  • Provide friendly, courteous and professional customer service to patients.
  • Assist with the pre-op preparation process, guiding the patient through all different related departments and helping them complete all their paperwork/procedures.
  • Assist with the admission/discharge process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • High School or BT Diploma in hospitality management or any related field is a plus
  • A Bachelor s or TS diploma in hospitality management is a plus.

Years of Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
