Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a team of patrol officers, ensuring adherence to security protocols and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify security vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Develop and execute patrol schedules, optimizing coverage and response times for critical areas.
  • Investigate and document security incidents, gathering evidence and preparing detailed reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military patrol operations.

  • Possession of relevant security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) is highly advantageous.

  • Proven experience in supervising or managing a team of security personnel.
