Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Develop and modify couture and bridal patterns based on designer specifications
-Conduct fittings and adjust patterns for perfect silhouette and fit
-Work with delicate fabrics such as silk, lace, tulle, and organza
-Collaborate closely with designers and atelier team to maintain garment integrity
Requirements:
-Proven experience in couture and bridal pattern making
-Strong skills in pattern design, fitting, and sewing
-Attention to detail and ability to work with luxury fabrics
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Knowledge in the use of PAD system software
