Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Pattern Maker - Ladies Fashion

Location: Kuwait


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with designers to understand design concepts and specifications.
  • Create precise patterns for garments, textiles, and other products.
  • Adjust and refine patterns based on feedback from designers and production teams.
  • Ensure that patterns can be efficiently replicated in production.
  • Utilize pattern-making software and tools to digitize and modify patterns.
  • Maintain clear documentation of all pattern files and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve pattern-related issues during the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in the apparel or textile industry.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and design principles.
  • Proficiency in using pattern-making software such as Gerber, Lectra, or Opti Tex.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with design and production teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
