PAUT/TOFD Technician

SPECIALIZED OIL AND GAS ENGINEERING CO. LTD.

Perform Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (ToFD) inspections on welds, components, and structures to detect and evaluate internal flaws.

Set up, calibrate, and operate PAUT and ToFD equipment, ensuring accurate data collection.

Analyze and interpret PAUT and ToFD data to assess the condition of materials and structures.

Document and report findings according to industry standards and client specifications.

Effort to pass client conducted exams and trade tests

Work closely with other NDT technicians, engineers, and quality control teams to ensure inspection accuracy and consistency.

Communicate inspection results clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of all inspections, including PAUT and ToFD data, test results, and detailed reports.

Prepare and submit inspection reports in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.

Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable regulations.

Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
