Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process and manage payroll operations, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements for all employees
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation in compliance with Saudi Arabia's regulatory requirements
Prepare and generate payroll reports, statements, and reconciliation summaries for management review
Coordinate with Human Resources and Accounting departments to ensure seamless monthly payroll closing
Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information
Maintain and update payroll records and employee files with current information
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
Ensure all financial transactions comply with organizational policies and applicable Saudi labor laws
Desired Candidate Profile
2-3 years of professional experience in Paymaster / Finance role
Proficiency in payroll processing systems and accounting software (Bayan / Oasys)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of financial record-keeping, accounts management, and reconciliation procedures
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial information
Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's labor laws and payroll regulations
