Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for:

  • The implementation of the Amadeus Outpayce payment solution at our clients' sites.
  • The maintenance and evolution of already deployed solutions.
    This model implies a high level of autonomy, a results orientation and the ability to deliver according to precise commitments.
  • Collect customer requirements and translate them into configuration tasks.
  • Carry out end-to-end implementations (configuration, testing, training, production deployment).
  • Provide maintenance and advanced support for existing solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients in different time zones (Americas, Asia).
  • Produce the expected deliverables within the framework of the DBS model.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree in computer science with 3-5 years of experience.

Required skills

  • Experience in payments / fintech: cards, authorization, capture, refund, PSPs, tokenization, FX.
  • Knowledge of the travel tech sector (airlines, hospitality, travel sellers) is a plus.
  • My proficiency with Salesforce (required).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow (strong plus).
  • Amadeus experience or Amadeus tools (WEMAIL_ADDRESS) appreciated.
  • Experience in implementation projects is essential for senior profiles.
