Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and the project managers to determine training needs, and to conduct short-term and long-term training programs (whether in-person, or Virtual).
- Conduct orientation sessions prior to the User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Conduct onsite hands-on training to the customer s business users in order to have a smooth roll-out and movement to production of ProgressSoft s projects.
- Prepare educational material such as presentations and video tutorials when needed.
- Conduct evaluations to measure learning outcomes and to identify areas of improvement.
- Work closely with the development and technical teams to obtain an in-depth understanding to ProgressSoft s products requirements and workflows.
- Stay updated with the Industry of Electronic Payment Solutions.
Requirements
- IT Graduate, with a minimum 2-3 year of experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English & Arabic Language skills (spoken and written).
- Good team player and committed to timelines.
- Comfortable with eLearning Platforms (LMS) and Tools, like; Moodle, Google Classroom.
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other authoring tools; such as: Articulate 360, Captivate, Canva, etc
- Strong writing skills with proven experience in a related field.
- Adequate knowledge in Software Design and Software Requirements.
