Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support enterprise payment systems such as RTGS, ACH, WPS, ATM/POS, and interbank settlement platforms

  • Manage integrations between payment systems, core banking systems, and third-party applications

  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and security of payment platforms

  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures

  • Support SWIFT messaging, ISO 20022 standards, and other financial protocols

  • Collaborate with internal teams, banks, and external vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution

  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and operational policies

  • Maintain proper documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of interbank payment systems and settlement infrastructure

  • Hands-on experience with RTGS, ACH, SWIFT, ISO 20022, or similar payment platforms

  • Experience working with core banking systems and financial integrations

  • Solid knowledge of API integrations, messaging protocols, and transaction processing systems

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work in high-pressure, mission-critical environments

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Prior experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is preferred
