Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues proactively.
  • Maintain detailed records of employee hours, deductions, and benefits to support accurate payroll calculations.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management, offering insights into labor costs and budget forecasting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential to understand complex financial concepts.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in payroll accounting to ensure familiarity with diverse payroll systems.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification is preferred to validate expertise in payroll management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is crucial for adapting to changing payroll needs and processes.
