Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
- Calculate employee contributions and deductions in compliance with local regulations.
- Support the administration of HR benefits (including DEWS and flexible benefits).
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy in HR & payroll systems.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to resolve payroll-related queries.
- Assist in compliance checks and reporting for payroll audits.
- Work with Excel to manage payroll data and generate reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Finance degree or equivalent.
- Strong Excel skills (data management, formulas, and basic reporting).
- At least internship experience in payroll or finance-related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
