Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise payroll and employee benefits operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Manage and guide Payroll Specialists and Benefits Specialists, while coordinating between HR, Finance, and service providers to maintain smooth processes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise payroll preparation, review, and execution handled by Payroll Specialists.
- Supervise benefits administration carried out by the Benefits Specialist.
- Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social insurance regulations.
- Coordinate with banks for salary transfers and employee accounts.
- Verify data accuracy in the payroll system and reports.
- Support employees with payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Train, coach, and evaluate the Payroll Specialists and Benefits Specialists.
- Report payroll and benefits KPIs to the Head of HR Operations.

- Payroll accuracy rate
- On-time salary transfer rate
- Employee satisfaction with benefits
- Compliance score with labor and tax authorities
- Team performance and productivity of Payroll Specialists and Benefits Specialists
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Business, or HR.
- 7+ years in payroll and benefits, 3+ in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills in English and Arabic.
