Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Check and validate variable payroll elements (hours, bonuses, absences, leave, etc.)
  • Supervise the preparation, editing and distribution of pay slips.
  • Complete social declarations (CNAS, TAXES, RETIREMENT FUNDS, Social organizations, etc.)
  • Ensure monitoring of legal and regulatory developments in payroll matters.
  • Produce regular reports on payroll and social security contributions.
  • Manage, train and evaluate the payroll team.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department for payroll/accounting reconciliation.
  • Mastery of payroll software and office tools (Exel ERP, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of labor law (law 90-11) and (law 06-03) social and tax legislation.
  • Rigor, confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Managerial capacity and team spirit.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Versatile, motivated, and disciplined.
  • Pay particular attention to deadlines.
  • Adaptability.
