Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Utilize payroll software to generate reports, allowing for analysis of payroll expenses and trends to aid in budgeting.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll-related documentation, including pay stubs and tax forms, to all employees accurately.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct thorough audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies and rectify errors prior to payment processing.
  • Should Be able to manage the leaves and time Management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on payroll experience in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills are required to interpret payroll data and generate insightful reports for management.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset will enable the candidate to tackle challenges and improve processes.
