Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

  • Utilize Oracle and Excel to manage payroll data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries and ensure a smooth payroll process.
  • Stay updated with payroll legislation and industry best practices, implementing necessary changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security throughout the payroll process.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of payroll systems and processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related matters.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related documentation, including tax forms and reports.
  • Conduct payroll audits and reconcile payroll data to identify and rectify any discrepancies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll accountant or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Oracle and Excel for payroll processing and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation and industry regulations is essential.
  • Experience with payroll software and systems is preferred.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify areas for process improvement.
