Roles & Responsibilities

Multiple Openings – PCB Manufacturing & Quality Roles
Job Summary

We are hiring multiple roles for a fast-paced PCB manufacturing environment. Candidates will be responsible for production, assembly, inspection, quality control, and material handling activities while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned production or quality tasks in PCB manufacturing processes

  • Operate machines such as SMT, wave soldering, coating, testing, and X-ray systems (role-dependent)

  • Conduct visual inspection and quality checks as per IPC standards

  • Handle materials, components, and finished goods safely and efficiently

  • Maintain production records and follow process documentation

  • Identify defects and escalate issues to supervisors

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies

  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area (5S standards)

Desired Candidate Profile


  • High school / Diploma / ITI (Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred)

  • 1–6 years of experience in PCB / electronics manufacturing (freshers may apply for junior roles)

  • Basic understanding of SMT, THT, soldering, or electronics assembly

  • Familiarity with IPC standards (preferred for quality roles)

  • Ability to work in shifts

  • Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

  • Basic English communication skills

Preferred Skills (Role-Specific)

  • Experience in SMT machines, AOI, SPI, or reflow ovens

  • Knowledge of soldering techniques and defect identification

  • Experience with X-ray inspection systems

  • Leadership skills (for Shift Leader / Trainer roles)

  • ERP or inventory handling knowledge (for material roles)
