Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of project control systems, processes, and tools.
- Establish project control standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Provide strategic oversight for cost, schedule, risk, and performance management.
Desired Candidate Profile
15-20 years of experience in project control systems or a related engineering field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Experience in preparing and presenting project reports to management.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and mitigation strategies.
