Policies and Procedures

• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls covering all related activities
• Suggest improvements in the current policies and procedures

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PDI team, ensuring all vehicles are inspected, tested, and prepared for delivery according to company standards.
• Develop and implement PDI procedures, checklists, and quality control systems.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless vehicle handovers.
• Analyze inspection data to identify recurring issues and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve root causes.
• Monitor team performance and conduct training to ensure high-quality inspections and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection findings, repairs, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PDI efficiency, reduce rework, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Participate in audits and customer reviews as required.
