Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Planning: Organize training schedules and manage timetables.
  • Instructional Design: Collaborate with trainers to finalize programs, course materials and trainee kits.
  • Logistics Monitoring: Supervise the smooth running of the sessions (reception of trainees, management of breaks/lunch, preparation of technical equipment).
  • Quality Control: Analyze satisfaction questionnaires, monitor attendance and prepare end-of-internship certificates.
  • Customer Relations: Ensure administrative contact with partner companies and respond to learner requests.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Minimum Bac+3 (Management, Education Sciences, Communication or equivalent).
  • Experience: Prior experience in the training sector or executive assistance is highly desirable.
  • Technical skills: Perfect mastery of computer tools (Excel, Word, ERP/CRM type management tools).
  • Languages: Excellent command of French and Arabic (written and spoken).

Personal qualities:

  • Strong sense of organization and rigor.
  • Interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
  • Ability to manage unexpected events and priorities.
  • Availability: Immediate.

  • For practical reasons related to the position, we give preference to candidates residing in the following areas:
