Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Educational management: Defining and implementing the educational project (ages 3-6)
Recruitment and training of the team, Supervising, motivating and training the educational team
Light administrative and financial management, ensuring daily operations (administration, parent relations, organization)
Commercial strategy and parent relations (enrollment, loyalty): Develop the school's reputation and support the enrollment strategy (open days, communication, partnerships)
Profile
Proven experience in preschool (5 years in a supervisory role), or equivalent (Experienced early childhood trainer, School Director, etc.)
Team management and team leadership skills
Business acumen: knowing how to attract and retain families, evidence of increased enrollment / proven educational projects.
Excellent communication skills.
Language skills (French + Arabic; English is an asset)
Experience in educational marketing.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Innovative educational projects
Montessori/alternative pedagogy training, active approaches
