Roles & Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage:
    • Pediatric fractures and trauma
    • Congenital orthopedic deformities
    • Hip dysplasia and scoliosis
    • Sports injuries and musculoskeletal disorders
  • Perform:
    • Pediatric orthopedic surgeries
    • Corrective and reconstructive procedures
  • Coordinate:
    • Rehabilitation and long-term orthopedic follow-up

Service Structure

  • Hospital operating theatre access
  • Outpatient pediatric orthopedic clinics
  • Collaboration with:
    • Pediatrics
    • Rehabilitation and physiotherapy teams

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in surgical planning and MDT discussions
  • Maintain clinical excellence and surgical outcomes
  • Contribute to pediatric orthopedic program development

Desired Candidate Profile

Consultant qualification in Orthopedic Surgery with pediatric focus

Strong surgical case log and procedural experience

UAE experience preferred but not mandatory

Bilingual communication skills advantageous
