We are seeking a highly specialized NICU Consultant with hands-on, clinically certified expertise in advanced neonatal care. The ideal candidate must be able to personally deliver specialized services across multiple NICUs, not merely oversee them at a managerial level.

Mandatory Clinical Expertise (Certification or Proven Advanced Practice Required):

• Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) certified neonatal application

• Neonatal Echocardiography formal certification and independent practice capability

• Neonatal Neuroprotection demonstrated experience in evidence-based neuroprotective strategies

Candidates must provide recognized certifications and/or verifiable advanced clinical experience in these domains. Listing skills without formal certification or substantial hands-on evidence will not be sufficient for shortlisting.

Clinical Focus Over Management:
While leadership and managerial experience are valued, this role is primarily clinical. The consultant must be able to actively perform specialized diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, rather than function predominantly in an administrative or supervisory capacity. Extensive managerial backgrounds without ongoing advanced clinical practice may limit suitability for this position.
