Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The hospital is recruiting a Consultant in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) to provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns. The consultant will work closely with obstetric and pediatric teams to deliver comprehensive neonatal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Provide care for premature infants and neonates with congenital or medical conditions.
- Lead neonatal resuscitation and stabilization in delivery settings.
- Collaborate with obstetricians and pediatric specialists to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in neonatal care programs, audits, and teaching.
