Education:

• Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Experience:

• Experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer
• Pega Lead Product Engineer playing upto Architect/ CSSA Certification is highly desirable
• Understanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniques
• Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector
• System design and implementation, Experience in Integration Services of PRPC Rule-Connects/Services, developing activities, PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing features

Technical Skills:

• Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X Experience is mandatory
• The candidates will act as a CLM/KYC SME for the bank from Pega Platform perspective
• Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications and Business Functions
• Should have knowledge on API and JSON to support integration
• Software development experience with Java/JavaScript and good understanding of micro services and Big Data architecture is a plus

Functional Skills:

• Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
• Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
• Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies

Soft Skills:

• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
• Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
• Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
