Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives, cultural programs, and company events to foster a positive workplace environment

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation
  • Maintain and organize HR records, employee files, and documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Assist with employee relations matters by serving as a supportive point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies, benefits, and organizational updates
  • Support the coordination of training programs, workshops, and professional development activities
  • Manage HR administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry in HR systems
  • Assist with recruitment support activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate materials
  • Recognize and celebrate employee milestones and achievements to reinforce company culture

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HR systems or HRIS platforms
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record-keeping
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to supporting HR operations
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor regulations and employment practices
  • Experience coordinating employee engagement programs or events
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
