Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Recruitment Process:
- Assist in sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
- Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Assist in Organizational Development (OD) initiatives:
- Support training programs and internal development activities
- Help in preparing materials and tracking progress
- Contribute to Performance Appraisal processes:
- Assist in collecting and organizing evaluation data
- Support HR team in follow-ups and documentation
- Drive Employee Engagement activities:
- Help organize events, initiatives, and internal campaigns
- Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed

Requirements
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
