Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 15–20 employees across ticketing, tours, and customer service. Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure smooth office operations. Handle staff attendance, discipline, and motivation to maintain a positive work culture. Train and guide employees on sales, upselling, and customer service standards. Manage client escalations and ensure excellent customer experience. Coordinate with airlines, tour suppliers, and B2B partners for smooth booking processes. Oversee invoicing, daily cash flow, and VAT compliance. Support management with weekly sales reports and staff performance updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in operations, office management, or team leadership, preferably in travel, tours, or hospitality. Strong leadership and people management skills — ability to handle a multicultural team. Excellent communication skills in English (Tagalog/Hindi/Arabic a plus). Problem solver with a customer-first approach. Tech-savvy: booking systems, invoicing, Google Business, and MS Office/CRM tools. Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate immediately.
