Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures and benefits packages that attract and retain talent
- Conduct regular market research to ensure our compensation offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry best practices.
- Establish and maintain a job evaluation system to accurately assess the relative value of different positions within the organization.
- Oversee the administration of our employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including those related to compensation and benefits.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Work on different projects to enhance people experience throughout the employee life cycle
- Lead or participate in various HR projects, such as compensation surveys, salary adjustments, and benefit plan renewals.
Who you are?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as People Partner with a solid experience in compensations and benefits
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and take a proactive approach
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines thorough understanding of human resources related laws, regulations, and compliance procedures
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
