Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement competitive compensation structures and benefits packages that attract and retain talent
  • Conduct regular market research to ensure our compensation offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Establish and maintain a job evaluation system to accurately assess the relative value of different positions within the organization.
  • Oversee the administration of our employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including those related to compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Work on different projects to enhance people experience throughout the employee life cycle
  • Lead or participate in various HR projects, such as compensation surveys, salary adjustments, and benefit plan renewals.

Who you are?

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  2. From 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as People Partner with a solid experience in compensations and benefits
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  4. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and take a proactive approach
  5. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines thorough understanding of human resources related laws, regulations, and compliance procedures
  6. Proficiency in using HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
