Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and hire top talent within the organization
- Develop and implement people policies and procedures that align with Convertedin's vision and culture
- Oversees the recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
- Design and deliver a wide range of HR programs that support employee development, engagement, and retention
- Drive the onboarding process for new hires ensuring they have a positive experience
- Advise and coach leaders and managers on HR related matters
- Ensure Convertedin's compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with business leaders to design organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes to drive organizational strategy
- Work on different projects to enhance people experience throughout the employee life cycle
Who you are?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as People Partner with a solid experience in talent acquisition
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and take a proactive approach
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines thorough understanding of human resources related laws, regulations, and compliance procedures
