Roles & Responsibilities

Convertedin is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a People & Culture Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, partnering with leadership to retain and attract top talent, and create a positive employee experience. As a marketing operating system for e-Commerce, our goal is to revolutionize the industry by using data and insights to personalize multi-channel marketing. We have helped over 800 e-Commerce businesses worldwide achieve their desired outcomes using our artificial intelligence capabilities. Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and hire top talent within the organization
  • Develop and implement people policies and procedures that align with Convertedin's vision and culture
  • Oversees the recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
  • Design and deliver a wide range of HR programs that support employee development, engagement, and retention
  • Drive the onboarding process for new hires ensuring they have a positive experience
  • Advise and coach leaders and managers on HR related matters
  • Ensure Convertedin's compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes to drive organizational strategy
  • Work on different projects to enhance people experience throughout the employee life cycle

Who you are?

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  2. From 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as People Partner with a solid experience in talent acquisition
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  4. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and take a proactive approach
  5. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines thorough understanding of human resources related laws, regulations, and compliance procedures
