Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support and implement people development initiatives including learning and development, performance management, career progression, and succession planning to enhance employee performance and growth.

Coordinate learning and development programs and track participation and effectiveness.
Coordinate and facilitate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) conducted by employees and support analysis of results.
Support the performance management cycle and ensure timely completion.
Monitor performance trends, provide insights, and support targeted development actions.
Assist in career path and promotion processes and documentation.
Support succession planning data collection and follow-up actions.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and maintain people development records.
Maintain L&D and performance records for audits and ensure compliance with requirements.
Fulfill any additional duties assigned to support the organization's evolving needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field from any reputable university.

  • 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience

Knowledge

  • Learning & development and organizational development techniques
  • Training methodologies and best practices

Skills

  • Fluent English communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Analytical skills to assess and evaluate personality traits
