Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The People Operations Executive at Sumerge ensures smooth, compliant, and efficient HR processes that support employees and safeguard the organization. This role manages HR policies, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and reporting, while fostering a consistent and positive employee experience across all offices.
Responsibilities
- Govern people policies (working hours, attendance, leave, travel, flexible work, etc.)
- Manage HRIS, employee records, and documentation
- Oversee payroll processing and compliance with local labor laws
- Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics and contracts
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and policy adherence
- Deliver HR reporting, audits, and process improvements
- Ensure operational consistency across regional offices
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
