Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Orchestrate the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Manage internal employee’s documentation preparation and updating such as: Leaves forms, Letters, attendance & absence reports, employees data sheet etc.
Recording, processing & archiving of confidential information. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on People Operations.
Well organized with the demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
