Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You ll own the day-to-day operations that keep our People function running smoothly and reliably.
Own onboarding execution end-to-end
- Make sure every new joiner is fully set up before day one, contracts ready, systems updated, no last-minute scrambling
- Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Ensure payroll runs smoothly and accurately
- Work closely with Finance to ensure payroll is always correct and on time
- Catch errors before they become problems
Manage contracts and government platforms
- Prepare and upload contracts through government portals
- Keep all employee records clean, accurate, and up to date
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations
Maintain clean and reliable systems
- Keep internal trackers, HR systems, and documentation organized and always up to date
- Spot inconsistencies and fix them before they escalate
Support the team as we scale
- Help manage increasing hiring volume without compromising quality
- Be the reliable operator the team depends on when things get busy

What You ll Need
- 1-2 years of experience in HR / People Operations / Administration
- Exposure to:
- Contracts and onboarding
- Payroll support
- Employee documentation
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets and internal systems
- Saudi national (required)
Nice to have:
- Experience working with government portals or HR systems
- Familiarity with compliance or labor processes
