Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Join Bluworks as an HR Generalist, where your core mission will be driving talent acquisition through proactive outreach, owning the recruitment pipeline, and managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, plus handling personnel documentation and payroll. A passion for people, fast-paced work, and startup energy is a must.
ResponsibilitiesLead recruitment: create and post job descriptions, manage cold outreach to candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers.
Manage recruitment pipeline and applicant tracking systems to ensure a smooth, timely process.
Organize and oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring all documents and systems are complete.
Administer offboarding process and coordinate exit documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, documentation, compliance paperwork, etc.).
Assist with payroll preparation, record-keeping, and basic HRIS tasks.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Be a point of contact for employee questions on policies, processes, and documentation.
Support general HR operations and contribute to a positive work culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 3 years experience in HR or recruitment (startup experience a plus).
Proven experience with cold outreach and active sourcing.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Solid knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.
Comfortable with HR software and digital tools.
Confident communicator and builder of candidate/employee relationships.
High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask in a fast-moving, agile environment.
