Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a People Tech Analyst I to join one of our People team. You'll work on high-impact projects in a high-growth environment, alongside a world-class remote engineering team spread across 20+ countries.

  • Administer and configure current People systems, including workflow setup, access management, data fixes/corrections, and creation of reports, ensuring high data accuracy, auditability, and smooth ongoing operations.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Define system workflows and integration schemes to enhance process efficiency along with workflow configuration.
  • Optimize and document existing processes, ensuring they are scalable and well-integrated across systems.
  • Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, resolving requirement ambiguities.
  • Experience as a Systems Analyst in a technology-driven environment including handling sensitive data.
  • Hands-on experience with business rules engines, decision modeling, and workflow configuration.
  • Proficiency in process modeling using UML/BPMN notations.
  • Experience with API protocols (SOAP/REST/gRPC) and system integrations.
  • Advanced level of English, with strong communication skills.
